How are we different
We have personally bought and sold land and property, and have gained a great deal of experience on the way.
Firstly we will establish your needs, aims and objectives, and assess your level of knowledge about the area and the house purchase process. We can then accurately tailor our service to suit your requirements. We will explain the actual process all the way through so there will be no nasty surprises.
Most agents will walk away as soon as possible after the deal is done, leaving you to make all further arrangements. At Hornblow International we are commited to going the extra yard, and to that end we will be with you through to completion, keeping you updated and answering any questions you may have.
We do not sell inspection weekends and then put you under pressure to buy. If you are serious about buying we are happy to explain the options available to you and spend time getting to know you and your requirements. We will then show you a select few properties or land that fits the bill.
We only use established reputable building developers, architects and lawyers. All our lawyers are fully qualified in Spanish property law, English speaking and resident in Spain. To remove the possibility of confusion all the contracts are provided in Spanish with an English translation.
